BWRSL is a volunteer run women’s organization. We have no paid employees, only volunteers. However, our fixed costs (Fees, Insurance, licenses and website fees, etc.) still remain and require payment. Fields increased by 3% and our individual fees include HST, Team fees have to add HST)
For the 2023 outdoor season, we have an amended refund policy that reflects our increasing business costs (same as previous years) that need to be covered should there be any reason the season is cancelled or shortened after the season starts. There are no refunds after the season commences and no exceptions.
Team deposits are not refundable. Players who have registered and signed up as a team are not eligible for a refund from BWRSL.
Should you register/pay and the league does not operate prior to the start of the season we will provide you with a refund minus an administration fee for individual registrations.
Should you register/pay and chose not to play for any reason prior to the start of the season as individual player, you will receive a refund minus $75.00 administration fee. After the season commences there will be no refunds and no exceptions.
Any refund provided to an individual will be provided pending the return of any league or team issued jerseys and their condition upon return.
